SmartClean collects no data. It has no servers.

What the app does

SmartClean analyzes the photo library on your iPhone to find duplicates, similar photos and videos, bursts, screenshots, blurry shots and large files, and helps you delete the ones you choose.

Your photos

• All analysis runs on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No photo, thumbnail, or derived data (such as image fingerprints) ever leaves your iPhone.
• SmartClean makes no network connections of its own. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising SDK.
• Scan results, your swipe decisions and your in-app trash are stored only on the device and are removed when you delete the app.

Deleting photos

Deletions go through iOS, which asks you to confirm every batch. Deleted items move to Photos › Recently Deleted for 30 days, where you can recover them.

Purchases

The optional one-time unlock is processed by Apple. SmartClean uses the RevenueCat SDK only to read your purchase status from Apple's receipt; it does not receive your name, email or photos.
